Terry Goddard Interview — Podcast September 22, 2014

Making Democracy Work In Arizona: Terry Goddard for Secretary of State.  Having served as Mayor of Phoenix from 1983-1990, and as the state’s Attorney General from 2002-2010, Terry Goddard is well-known to the citizens of Arizona as an effective executive, a courageous prosecutor, and someone who cares very much about the welfare and prosperity of all the citizens of the state. Democratic Perspective’s Gary LaMaster and Steve Williamson talk to the candidate about his current campaign for Secretary of State — why he’s running, why the office will have an important influence on the future of our election policies and the continuing health of our democracy, why we need to broaden participation in our elections, not restrict it, and why we must act to stem the tide of dark money flowing into Arizona.
